Welcome to the website for the Valet d'Coeur!

Opened in Montreal in 1981, we have travelled across America and Europe in order to provide you the best selection of games in French and English, and an extensive collection of eclectic objects from around the world.

Since December of 1996, we've been online with a selection of unique and exceptional games.

Fidelity Card

Ask for your online fidelity card!
For each 10$ you spend before taxes, we will give you a stamp on your online fidelity card.
Once you have 20 stamps, you will receive a 20$ rebate on your next purchase.
Do not forget to indicate your card number for each online purchase in the comment section of your order!

The card is valid for one year dated from the first stamp. Items on special are not eligible for stamps. The online card is distinct and can not be combined with the in-store fidelity card.

 

Price and Quantities

Our inventory is now available online.

If an item is currently available in the store, it will be labelled as "In Stock" on the website.
If an item is currently out of stock in the store, but still available from one of our distributors, it will be labelled as "Currently unavailable". You can still put the item in your basket but the order won't be treated until all the items are available. We will keep you informed of any delay related to restocks.
If an item is new and not yet available, it will be labelled as "Preorder". Your order will be processed as soon as the item becomes available in store.
Finally, we keep a record of items that are no longer produced which are labelled as "Out of Print". You can not put these items in your basket.

The online inventory is synchronized with the in-store inventory roughly 3 times a week.

Despite our best intentions, it is possible that there are errors related to the inventory or prices of the items online. In case of a discrepancy, please note that the in-store price will be the reference.
Should an item come back into stock with a new price, you may be subject to pay a different cost based on that new price.

The list of items available on the website is not exhaustive. If an item is not listed on our website, it does not necessarily mean that we don't have it in stock! Give us a call or write us using the online contact form (link at the bottom of this page) for more information.

 

Processing orders

The orders are processed Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Our deliveries are picked up each day at 3pm. As a result of this, orders placed after 1pm risk to be treated the following working day (consider this when you choose express shipping!)

Our goal is to offer you the fastest and most efficient service possible. We pride ourselves on responding to your questions and orders at latest one working day after we receive them.

Our standard shipping fees are 5$ for orders in Canada and 15$ in the United States.
Should the shipping largely exceed the norm because of the quantity or excessive weight of your order, or because of exceptional shipping distance, additional shipping costs may apply. We will ask you to validate the supplementary shipping fees before going further with your order. For orders placed internationally or in the Northern Territories (The Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut), there is no standard shipping fee. After you've placed your order, we will contact you with the total cost of shipping which you'll be asked to confirm before we process your order.

For Canadian orders, we also offer an express shipping option (+5$).

At anytime before your order is sent, you can modify or cancel it for free. Orders are never charged until they are ready to be sent out.
